Nicely decorated hotel in Kyoto. Reasonably spacious and beautiful unit with an electric kettle and a fridge. Feather pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent and unbeatable location, a couple of blocks away from Shoren-in Temple.

We were delighted with the comfort of the room, which allowed us to have a truly rejuvenating sleep. The bathroom layout was well-designed, providing ample space for our luggage. , the hotel was pleasantly quiet and not overcrowded with tourists, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff, especially Tanaka and the other lady who assisted us during check-in, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being in close proximity to popular attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera, Gion, and Yasaka Shrine. The added convenience of having the Kyoto metro just across the street and easy access to bus lines was a definite plus.

Everything at Legasta Kyoto Higashiyama Sanjo was exactly what we needed and wanted. 😊

Excellent and great location near Downtown, the hotel is next to a subway station.

Our recent stay at a hotel in the heart of a bustling city was memorable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The stylish rooms were elegant and quiet, with comfortable beds and upscale bathrooms. The Nespresso coffee and Twinning tea at the entrance were a nice touch. We enjoyed walking to the temples, central shopping district, and Gion from the central location.

The hotel was situated on a busy crossroad, which made the location slightly noisy at night.

The location of this hotel is mind-blowing! Being right next to a train station is super convenient, and we loved that the staff made a dinner reservation for us. The room itself was jaw-dropping, with a fantastic view and a traditional style that we adored. Plus, there was a nearby coin laundry shop and lots of places to explore in the area. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the free wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, flat-screen tv, lift. And the fact that it was a no-smoking property was a huge plus for us. our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!
